My name is Ryan Kennedy, Service Advisor for Germain Honda of Dublin. I began in the automotive industry in July of 2006 here at Germain. I have held the positions of car porter, oil change expert and technician. I have worked hard to continually improve and increase my knowledge, so I can advance my position. To provide quality service I feel the two main components are honesty and respect. Being from Columbus I enjoy the downtown area. I’m a graduate of Thomas Worthington and attended Otterbein where I played basketball. I have a daughter Madison and enjoy our time spent together. When away from work I enjoy basketball, poker as well as my family time. If I were to be a superhero it would be my childhood favorite, Batman. My favorite vacation spot is in Nashville, I love the music. While visiting I would love to catch Kenny Chesney singing my favorite “There Goes My Life”. Always keeping my family in mind my favorite Honda is the Odyssey, it’s a good looking family vehicle.

Ryan Kennedy did a great job! He gave me the entire proposal in writing and pointed out ways to save money on an oil leak seal by completing the 100,000 mile service at this time with 85,500 miles on m proposal in writing and pointed out ways to save money on an oil leak seal by completing the 100,000 mile service at this time with 85,500 miles on my auto because if I change the seal without doing the 100,000 mile service now I would have to do it again when the car reaches the 100,000 mile service. The savings was a rather large amount which I appreciated because the suggestion would save us a lot. I opted to do everything suggested except the seal change due to need to discuss with my wife whether we should put the extra $1000 in the car at this time making a total of $2000 charge on a six year old car or consider making a change to a newer car. I told him I would keep an eye on the oil leak and add oil if needed until we decide what to do! We have not yet decided what to do. I hate to go into debt for a newer car but may yet decide to do it! More

Service Advisor Ryan Kennedy exceeded my expectations when I took my car i for an oil change. My 2010 Honda FIT needed extra repairs after the 52 point inspections. Ryan Kennedy has been and will continue to be the service advisor that I trust most. Every vehicle I own gets serviced with him. Ryan Kennedy was my service advisor the day of my appointment on a recall notice. He was so nice and helpful and explained the whole purpose of the visit and the time needed to complete the work.
