Four months ago, we made our first visit to Galleria BMW to take a look at a new BMW M850I that was no longer available. On that visit we met Sonya West who quickly became our primary contact at the dealers to take a look at a new BMW M850I that was no longer available. On that visit we met Sonya West who quickly became our primary contact at the dealership. She took great interest in what we were looking for and spent a great amount of time trying to help us find the perfect BMW. When it appeared that the car we wanted just wasn't available, she suggested the possibility of placing an order with the manufacture and from that day forward she assisted us in every way possible to make that dream a reality. Throughout the entire process, which took multiple text, emails and many phone conversations, Sonya patiently led us all the way through the next four months until the car that we desired was delivered to the Galleria BMW dealership. She absolutely made this car buying experience something fun to be a part of. We enjoyed every phase of it and one of the best parts was dealing with a salesperson who obviously loves the brand, loves where she works and loves dealing with people. The entire experience, under her guidance, was very enjoyable. We're very thankful to Sonya and Galleria for making this perhaps one of the best car buying experiences we have ever enjoyed. More
