Sonya West is absolutely the best car sells person. This is the second x5 that I purchased from her. She patiently waited nine years to sell me the this vehicle, my fourth BMW. Never pushy, I always told her when the time comes, I will come find you. That happened on Monday when the cost of required repairs was the same as a down payment for a new car. I walked over to her and said I guess it is time. She helped me with my selection and with selling my old BMW for a great price. All of which is stressful when this was not my plan of the day however, she made it as painless as possible. Then arranged for me to come back the next day with a rested brain to have training about the car with Ryan Light. He was equally polite and patient and an excellent teacher for all the electronics to someone who is not good with computers! I am super happy with my new car and my experience at Galleria BMW. Chris in the service department and the lady that did all of the paperwork were great too. Sonya truly made the purchase experience a success. I will look for her for the next BMW! More
