Knowledgable, professional staff My wife and I went into dealership not knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase (I had a pretty good idea) - Brandon met my wife and I at the door a My wife and I went into dealership not knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase (I had a pretty good idea) - Brandon met my wife and I at the door and guided us through the process of buying a new car - Tim went online to find a car for me that was in Alabama and got the car delivered to Gallatin in a day's time - both men were very professional and very knowledgeable in what they were selling, what was available - some of the other sales staff came over to talk to us (Sheryl and Ryan) - there was no pressure to buy a specific vehicle - Brandon was very easy to talk to, explained the procedure, and when the car arrived, when over how to handle various dashboard controls, including setting the clock, typing in my address on the GPS, etc. We were thanked over and over again for our business. I was very impressed with the people I met at your dealership. We had one "glitch" but when I call Tim about it, the problem was fixed within minutes. When it comes time for my wife to purchase a new car, we will be back.. More
