I placed a deposit on one that was exactly what I wanted that was going to be built later in the month. Steve kept me informed regularly and luckily it took less than a week for me to pick it up after its build date. We drove in from KC and were only in the dealership about an hour. It took longer to go over features and become familiar with the Highlander than it did to do the paperwork. No pressure and no games. The lower admin fees here paid for the gas on the trip. Decided on a vehicle on the phone, drove 90 miles at 5 pm and arrived 90 minutes after Jim’s day was supposed to end. Jim was friendly, answered all if our questions, and stayed until we were on our way, eve and arrived 90 minutes after Jim’s day was supposed to end. Our Daughter had a negative experience elsewhere 2 days after I got my 4 Runner, so we sent her to Jim and she is currently awaiting her new Toyota to arrive! More
