Our entire experience with Ryan at Tom Gill was great. They weren't originally our first choice, being a two hour drive away from our home, but Ryan's willingness to work with us made it an easier choice. Another Chevy dealership a mile away had told us what we couldn't order a Bolt, and pressured us to buy whatever random one was going to show up on their lot at who knows when. Ryan just helped us order a car, it was so simple! The process took a couple months and he kept us updated at every step. The final purchase at the dealership office was straight forward and didn't take all day like some other experiences I've had in the past. Basically, everyone buying a car should be able to have the experience my wife and I had with Ryan at Tom Gill. More
