F & I manager remained professional but bordered on high pressure tactics for extended warranty/service agreements. This is an OK dealership for seasoned purchasers. Advise against sending your teenagers in her unattended. More

There's no better Hyundai dealership than hyundai of avl!!! Chris Cwik made me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt like more than a commission check. He showed me the cars that fit my wants, and even more so, my budget. I feel as is I got the best deal for my new Sonata. Ryan Nazionale explained all of the paperwork and options I had in a clear and pressure-free manner.
