I’m extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. It’s been nearly four weeks now, and I’m still waiting—without clear updates, timelines, or accountability. To make matters worse, due to the ongoing delays and faulty parts, I’ve had to rely on a rental car this entire time, which has been a significant inconvenience and expense. Despite numerous follow-ups—often three to five times a day—I still receive no proactive updates. I’ve repeatedly asked for the Service Manager, Niel & Ryan to get in touch with me, but my calls and requests have gone unanswered. That lack of response is unacceptable. Unfortunately, my experience working with Jordan has also been unreliable. The lack of consistent communication and follow-through has left me with no confidence that this issue is being handled responsibly. This entire situation has gone far beyond a reasonable delay. I need immediate clarity on what is being done to resolve the issue and what timeline I can expect—without me having to chase for answers every single day. More
