Ryan was great in his effort to place me in a new truck. Very friendly and knowledgeable and maintained a professional but positive manner through his ordeal with me. Our first effort which began on Saturday did not workout, this was not Ryan's fault in anyway. I just had to do more research about a few items as I wanted to make sure we were heading the right way. Ryan was determined to put in a new truck called Monday and after a brief conversation, each expressing our needs to make a deal. The wife and I headed back to Tom Gill and met with Ryan and after more talk, Ryan got me in a new truck. and I Thank him for his effort. I would be happy to deal with Ryan if I ever need a new truck. Life is great when you can meet a total stranger and in a few hours you have a new friend. Also a big Thank you to Holly Bruesch who started this adventure when the wife was getting a free oil change and Payton Louden as she is very good and helpful at her job.
