My experience started online looking at vehicles on your website. I had scanned over quite a few of them but had narrowed it down to pretty much one. I hit the button to chat and was able to ask a few questions. I set up an appointment and Ryan called me to confirm a time to meet. I actually showed up early that day because of a cancellation of some other things I had on my schedule. I called Ryan and he was able to meet right away. He and the staff at Dorsch West made us feel at home from the moment we were in the door. Cartoons were on the TV for my son and drinks and snacks were offered. We then took the vehicle for a ride and was able to ask Ryan a few questions about the vehicle. Ryan was also very good with my son and the 500 questions he can ask. If you have a 5 year old you will understand. LOL! I also met Mark Becker and he was able to answer any questions about warranties and was able to keep me in the payment range I had stated I wanted to stay in. I give Dorsch West a highest rating of customer satisfaction because they met all the criteria of making the customer happy. From the moment we walked through the door I did not feel pressured to buy anything. They wanted to make sure I would get what I wanted. There are so many dealers that you walk through the door and its like feeding time at the zoo. People are coming from every which way to try and get you to talk to them. This can be rather annoying. This did not happen at Dorsch West. I was greeted by Ryan and Ryan only. Of course other people had said hi and greeted me but, were not pushy about anything. We spent some time checking out the vehicle we were there to look at and did not feel pressured to make any decision. They took the time to make sure we went through every detail of the vehicle from looking at it to the test drive to the final paper work. The price Ryan had come up with was one we could not pass up. Going through the next step was a piece of cake with Mark handling all of our loan information. I could not be more impressed with the Dorsch crew that I had experienced. More
