I will now continue to travel alllllll the way to Drosch in buying my next car as well. I also wanted to mention their awesome financing dept, Mark was equally amazing. Both men gave me the deal I wanted and I left the dealership a very satisfied customer. More

Ryan Ratsch was the first person I spoke with at Dorsch and made the entire buying process an easy one. He answered all of my questions with real answers, and didn't play any 'sales games' like I encountered when I called a different dealership down near Milwaukee. My experience started online looking at vehicles on your website. I had scanned over quite a few of them but had narrowed it down to pretty much one. I hit the button to chat and was able to ask a few questions. I set up an appointment and Ryan called me to confirm a time to meet. I actually showed up early that day because of a cancellation of some other things I had on my schedule. I called Ryan and he was able to meet right away. He and the staff at Dorsch West made us feel at home from the moment we were in the door. Cartoons were on the TV for my son and drinks and snacks were offered. We then took the vehicle for a ride and was able to ask Ryan a few questions about the vehicle. Ryan was also very good with my son and the 500 questions he can ask. If you have a 5 year old you will understand. LOL! I also met Mark Becker and he was able to answer any questions about warranties and was able to keep me in the payment range I had stated I wanted to stay in. I give Dorsch West a highest rating of customer satisfaction because they met all the criteria of making the customer happy. From the moment we walked through the door I did not feel pressured to buy anything. They wanted to make sure I would get what I wanted. There are so many dealers that you walk through the door and its like feeding time at the zoo. People are coming from every which way to try and get you to talk to them. This can be rather annoying. This did not happen at Dorsch West. I was greeted by Ryan and Ryan only. Of course other people had said hi and greeted me but, were not pushy about anything. This is my second vehicle I have bought from Dorsch. I promise there will be a 3rd. Thanks Again Chris Asher More

From my experience online to the final out the door driving our new car was amazing through Dorsch! We were helped by Nel Johnson through the Dorsch website and she introduced us to Ryan Ratsch at the driving our new car was amazing through Dorsch! We spent some time checking out the vehicle we were there to look at and did not feel pressured to make any decision. They took the time to make sure we went through every detail of the vehicle from looking at it to the test drive to the final paper work. The price Ryan had come up with was one we could not pass up. Going through the next step was a piece of cake with Mark handling all of our loan information. I could not be more impressed with the Dorsch crew that I had experienced. More

I had been looking for a car for about a month when I found the Kia at the Dorsche west location. I was a little nervous to go car shopping on my own but the experience was great from start to finish. found the Kia at the Dorsche west location. I hadn't even driven another car besides mine in 10 years, but Ryan's friendly conversation and helpful information on the test drive made me feel comfortable. After agreeing on a trade in value for my old car and getting my loan set up, I was happy to pick up my "new" Kia the next day. The overall process was better than I expected-friendly staff, no pressure, gave information about optional warranties without pushing them, and fair pricing. More

Not a whole lot to say. Ryan was professional, friendly, and on the ball. I don't have a whole lot of time to waist on shopping around for a vehicle so Ryan made it convenient to test drive after regular wo and on the ball.
