Great Experience Did our homework on a used car, knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Sat down with Alvi, told him what we wanted, he brought out the car, t Did our homework on a used car, knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Sat down with Alvi, told him what we wanted, he brought out the car, took it for a test drive. Worked out numbers and brought us over to Ryan Sitter. Ryan went thru all of the financial paperwork, took the time to explain everything to us and answer our question. Both Alvi and Ryan were great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the car a few days later. I came in and Spoke to Ryan Rehbock. He took a look at the problem, ran diagnostics and identified the problem, He didn't have any openings that day and I wasn't available the next day, he scheduled me for two days later and assured me the car was safe to drive. Came in two days later at the appointed time and was promptly taken care of, the car was fixed and I was out the door in 30 minutes with no charge. In the short time, while and since buying the car we have been treated with respect and courtesy. Overall, I would say this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. More

Way above our expectations My wife and I haven't bought a car in a while and expected the old typical stereotypes of buying a car.We could not of been more wrong. Doc was our salesman and could not of been friendlier.He was extremely patient with all our questions, knowledgeable, and we never felt rushed.Now here's where we were stunned going for all the financing.Ryan Sitter is has to be one of the best and nicest at their job.Right off the top he lets us know after some work he was able to get us a lower rate and a substantially lower payment.But it didn't stop there after talking with him for a few minutes explaining that because of my credit only my wife would be on the paperwork and we were worried about how this reflects on her credit score in the future as we wanted to buy a house shortly he said wait let me see what I can do here.Ryan was not only able to add me to the paperwork to help rebuild my credit but it only raised our payment by $2 a month.He had to redo all the paperwork already printed out just to help out my wife in me plan for the future. We will be returning for future car purchases and recommending these two to friends and family. More

Very happy with dealer and price! Went to Advantage after doing some research online and reading many reviews. Advantage had the lowest online price even though I live 5 minutes from many dealer, I travelled the 30 minutes to Advantage as I was hoping for a good deal and good customer service. I found both. We knew exactly which make and model we wanted, and went in knowing which car we wanted to test based off the internet ad. We met with salesman Paolo Suarez, who was very helpful and friendly. Of course, the price online included all rebates and trade ins, which we did not have a trade in , making the price slightly higher than advertised. We decided to buy the 2017 Chevy Spark, and negotiated a very fair deal with Paolo, which I felt was a fair price and one that I was very happy with compared to other dealers. Ryan Sitter worked with us for financing. Besides being a stand up guy, we were able to get a good rate and a low monthly payment, which we were very happy with. Overall, we were very pleased with the price and service we recieved at Advantage and would return and recommend when looking for our next car! -john More

I was so surprised to leave the dealership with a new vehicle, but the process was easy and painless. I never felt pressured, spoken down to, or misinformed. From walking into the door, greeted by Tom, going through the sales process with Barry, and finishing with finance with Ryan, I could not have felt more taken care of. You don't need to look anywhere else! More

Best customer service experience ever After dealing with several other dealerships in the Chicagoland area I came to Advantage Chevrolet Bolingbrook expecting more of the same but I got th After dealing with several other dealerships in the Chicagoland area I came to Advantage Chevrolet Bolingbrook expecting more of the same but I got the complete opposite. Barry was one of the most helpful salesman I've ever dealt with. I did have my two-year-old son with me but that did not seem to cause any problems with the nice play area they had for children. Barry even went across the street to get a snack and drink for my son because I forgot his juice at home. They gave me fair value on my trade and got me into the car of my choosing at the right price. I would recommend Advantage Bolingbrook to any one of my family members or friends great job guys. More
