Recently purchased a 2022 Dodge Charger from Arrigo - first time I had bought from the dealership in 15 years. I searched thousands of vehicles before buying - this was hands down the best used car value first time I had bought from the dealership in 15 years. I searched thousands of vehicles before buying - this was hands down the best used car value of any I’d found across all lines/makes/models. Kudos to all involved in smart pricing strategy. It is a stunning looking vehicle … and the ride is incredible - Michelin tires help (another plus for Arrigo for not cheaping out or replacing them with cruddy ones). The deal I got turned out was pretty decent, not great, in the end because of high dealer fees and a higher than expected APR. (Bank told me afterwards they could have done two points better if I’d just gone direct first) … But … Arrigo made up for that by coming up quite a bit on my trade (beating one of two national car dealerships). So it evened out. I’ll just refi in a few months. Everyone at the dealership was super accommodating throughout - and I can be a royal pain to deal with. I honestly didn’t have to haggle much because of their pricing, so no walk-out-the-dealer drama this time. It was a pleasure waiting in the showroom - clean, lots of space to roam and get comfortable - and I even got some work done. Time will tell on the car I purchased and how well it will hold up, but the attached certified warranty on the powertrain is another huge plus. One thing I do want to mention to prospective buyers is to watch those numbers at the final table. Several dealers in my past have tried to sneak extra into the total payoff (or change the months) … hoping I didn’t notice. Caught it every time - and still look out for it. Overall - a good experience. It took a few hours but the car I wanted, traded in my vehicle and really enjoyed the interactions with everyone there. I absolutely would recommend Arrigo to anyone looking for a vehicle - especially certified used. Because they will price it well - and that makes deal making so much easier. More

Ron stopped me from continuing with the lemon lawyer I'd engaged. Shane, my service advisor did the best he could. No comment about your service department. One last comment, when I got home last Friday with the warning lights on for a change, I went to shut the car off, and it wouldn't shut off. I called the service department as they were closing and whoever answered told me not to worry about it, just let it run all night and call roadside assistance in the morning. We'll that didn't sit well with me as far as safety so I called the fire department and told them this and freaked. They sent 3 of their guys right over to disconnect the battery. They also wanted to know the name of the dealer. This was my 5th jeep and it was a holy nightmare from the day I got it,without nonstop electrical and key fob issues. When I would call in, the ladies who took the calls (not in service) were the most rude, condescending and disrespectful I've ever experienced anywhere. I own my own business for 35 years and would fire them in 2 seconds. So overall, Ron rates off the charts. I can't say anything close regarding the rest of my experience with Arrigo. I would recommend Ron to anyone I speak to, can't say the same about the rest of my Arrigo experience More
