Her current vehicle was old and she needed a safer and more reliable car. Being a 3rd time Camry owner and having purchased two in the last 18 years from this dealership, I had no doubt we came to the right place. I asked to speak with the sales manager due to going to 5 other dealerships ( I no longer live in Rockford) and was frustrated with the service I had received. I met with Andy the sales manager and he was very courteous and respectful and took the time to listen to our needs. He then introduced us to Ryan in sales and I was very impressed with his demeanor. He listened and took the time to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car. He didn't try to talk me into something else or bs me. He was engaging and real. I didn't get the typical phoniness and runaround I was experiencing at other places. He is rare and knows how to provide excellent service. We quickly came to an agreement on a fair price and proceeded to working with Tony in finance. He was very personable, knowledgeable and happily answered our questions. He too provided excellant service and I'm very grateful for his help. I don't have time to write reviews but I felt these gentlemen deserved to be recognized and recommended for their great service. If you need a car, I highly recommend Ryan! More
