What a service department at BMW Fort Washington! As soon as you drop off your vehicle to when you pick it up. I also want to mention Rich Lanci and Ryan Young for their knowledge and hospitality. It was my first time dropping my parents car off for service, and I am very happy with the experience and can’t wait to tell my friends to bring their cars in to experience what I experienced. More

The sales portion of the dealership is wonderful. The service department leaves a lot of room for improvement. Their technicians are great. The Service Advisor that I dealt with on this last visit, h The service department leaves a lot of room for improvement. Their technicians are great. The Service Advisor that I dealt with on this last visit, however, was extremely condescending and unhelpful. It left such a bad feeling, I’m not sure I’ll buy another BMW, because I’ll have to have it serviced at this dealership. More

Can’t say enough about the great care and service from BMW of FT Washington. Always comforting dealing with Ben.
