The sales process was very professional and pretty much flawless. Ryan was a very good sales rep, carefully listening to me and answering my questions honestly and genuinely. Both Ryan and Larry were efficient and worked quickly, being very respectful of my time and making the process easy. The only flaw was that they did not tell me up front that the car came with only one key fob. This was a gently-used Lincoln, one owner, local trade - a fine automobile coming from a Lincoln dealer. I just expected it would come with two keys and never thought to question this. So this was a bit disappointing, but they did a great job on everything else, and I'd gladly recommend this team to anyone. More
