With the help of the professionals at Kelly Honda, I was able to purchase a new Honda Pilot with the support and assistance of several team members and my experience was everything I could ask for. The General Manager, Said Bousbaa welcomed me to the showroom and made sure I had all my questions answered with patience and professionalism. Mr. Bousbaa provided me with all the time I needed to make the right decisions for me and my family. Even after many requests and questions, I was well received and everything I needed to know was explained to me in a calm and helpful way. Mr. Bousbaa directed me to other team members including Eber, the Service Manager who carefully explained how to care for my new vehicle and described how regular maintenance will keep my car running smoothly. I love my new Honda Pilot and Eber shared his knowledge of how to operate and care for this incredible vehicle.
