To give you a little background, I live in Chicago and had difficulty finding a car. I talked to a number of dealers in Chicago, Denver and Saint Louis. A few had good, responsive salespeople, but most were rude or difficult to deal with. Jacob responded to my many texts and e-mails throughout the process. I also told him that I needed to purchase the car and get on the road as soon as possible. He and your team did a great job in doing that. I think the entire process took about one hour, which was a big help to me. Thank you! More
