When it cam I started looking for a new lease over email. Unlike most dealerships I contacted, Alex was more than willing to do everything over email. When it came time for a test drive, Alex lined up a couple different models quickly. She gave me detailed & accurate info on the differences between the 2 trim levels. When I elected to get the ST, she started the process quickly. By the next morning, she had the car prepped, detailed and the paperwork ready for me. 10 minutes with Scott (Business Manager who was fantastic, as well), sign a bunch of things and out the door. I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it was to work with a dealership that listened and made the process painless and fast. Alex and Scott were great and I'd love to work with them again in the future! More
