Shelly is always helpful. I needed to get my service done this time and drive out of state for a family emergency. She went above and beyond to be sure my car would be safe fo I needed to get my service done this time and drive out of state for a family emergency. She went above and beyond to be sure my car would be safe for the long drive including having to have someone drive to another dealership to pickup new tires for my car. More

The shuttle service is horrible. I sat in the dealership for 1 1/2 hours only to discover the driver had been sent to my home thinking he was to take me to the dealership. Had shuttle issues, which was Norm Reeves fault not Shelly‘s after that the work was done professionally and Shelly made sure everything was taken care of and done to hers, and mine approval.
