It took a month for my issue to be resolved and that's after I waited 4 hours for my service. Part of that was my fault because I did not make an appt the first time. I just wanted to order a key I lost and ended up getting a service. The second time, now late May, I just came to pick up the key I ordered in April. I had paid for it and was told it had been given to someone else which turned out to not be true. The entire key experience was a total disaster. Given that. Enrique stepped in and sent someone to get a key, stat, it got cut and programmed in a reasonable timeframe thanks to Shelley and Joshua's service was excellent. So rating 1 for Enrique Joshua, and I've worked with Shelley for nearly 20 years and wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I don't understand what happened about the key...it didn't get ordered correctly, I got told a story about it which is totally unacceptable. I don't know what is happening is the backend of the dealership, but the front end saved the day. More
