I leased my first Rav from Metro and with one exception (I think), have dealt with Metro . I even got my Celicas, when you were on Lorain. Car was taken back right away. The service member was very clear on estimate & was very polite. I waited for my car. Waiting room was comfortable with ample seating. Tech told me my tire with the nail in it was the passenger left. Was told 4 times by your employees. It actually was the left front and you told me you did not rotate the tires but my paper it state passenger left. Was told 4 times by your employees.
