I gave them a number one because they not adjust the oil where it says was changed. Also, I told them to rotate thectires and there is still a light on the dash showing that they did not it. I think they fid a very poor job in my car. I have been a Toyota customer for 11 years. I will go to other place the change next to chsnge the oil. Thanks. More

I have always had my 2016 Corolla taken care of at metro and have had excellent service. However, this time around the service advisor, Susan, was awful.
