Very good experience for "just looking" We went in to look at Subaru's. We didn't have any intention of buying but wanted to be educated on Subaru's. Knowing we were "just looking" Sabino We went in to look at Subaru's. We didn't have any intention of buying but wanted to be educated on Subaru's. Knowing we were "just looking" Sabino took time to show us different models and what would be right for us - which isn't what we initially went to look at. He even took us for a test drive in a Forester. We absolutely loved it. So even though we didn't have enough equity in our current vehicle just now, we will be back to work with Sabino when we can in a few months. A very nice gentleman and asset to the dealership. I got out of my vehicle and was able to walk the lot with no salesman telling me to buy what I did not want to buy. I went inside and was welcomed by Sabino Martinez. I told him what I was interested in and it was easy sailing from there. All my needs were exceeded and to have such a pleasurable salesman to guide me through the whole process was an added bonus. I was not pressured into upgrading anything I did not want and he was there to understand every need I wanted to be met. All the staff were a pleasure to be around and because of the great experience I had i will return. Price was much better than what was offered at the Honda Dealer. Subaru has excellent cars as well that keep their value, and I would consider one in the future. I walked in at 4:00 and walked out at 7:00. They closed at 5:00, but stayed and processed my loan. There were no games, and they gave me fair trade value for my old car. I had my dog with me, and they let him come into the building and wait. They are definitely dog friendly as advertised. I received excellent service from Mark Minter, sales agent and a fair price over the internet from Sabino Martinez. I dislike going to car dealers, but Subaru made it a fairly pleasant experience. The finance manager was also very friendly and not intimidating. I would certainly go back there to do business again and would highly recommend them. More

Finally I want you to know the process of buying our car went very smoothly. I had a couple of accessories I wanted to add and Sabino arranged to have them added in time for me to pick up my car with no delay. When it was time to leave, my car was spotless and came with a full tank of gas. I would recommend SOJ for any of my friends and family who might be interested in a Subaru. Oh and by the way, the Outback is a really great car to drive with an impressive level of technology installed. More
