Within 30 minutes after after speaking with Costco we received a call for Sabino Martinez at this location. He was more that willing to find what we wanted. We talked on the phone and e-mailed numerous times and finally came to an agreement on price and options. The car we wanted had to be picked up from another dealer that was further south. Sabino made that trip and a few days later we went to Jacksonville to finalized the purchase. Sabino went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can say nothing but good things about this gentleman. He was professional and made us feel very comfortable. Since the day of purchase he has called to see how everything is going with the new car. If more car salespersons were like this gentleman, buying a car could be a more enjoyable experience. W & C More

Other dealers I contacted were either evasive or not open to any conversation. Daniel is a model of modern car selling compared to his peers. Once I arrived at the dealership, Sabino and Jerry worked together to help me understand the models I was looking at and all other elements of transaction. Jerry was very patient in explaining all the complex functions of the vehicle(s) - and was always courteous and straightforward. Sabino was very active in making sure everything was done to make my purchase easy and made sure the car was ready, even installing one of my purchases for me. WOW, best experience ever buying a car. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. I drove away in the vehicle I wanted, at a very good price and was treated very fairly on my trade in. No wonder I am a three time Subaru buyer! I'll come back here for another some day. More

My family and I came in looking for a used, low mileage van since we have a new baby on the way. Sabino was helpful and patient through the whole process.
