AWFUL experience from start to finish. Car price wasn’t as advertised (because of small print xx around trade in value), then I was told there was no wiggle room until I was about to walk, Car price wasn’t as advertised (because of small print xx around trade in value), then I was told there was no wiggle room until I was about to walk, and suddenly they found the “room” and they honored the price. Every time I called with a question, I seemed to get different answers. When I called to ask about the amount that can be charged to a card for a down payment, my husband and I were given three different answers by three different people. When I picked up the car, the fuel was almost totally empty (great service), there were belongings from the previous owner in the center console(gives so much confidence in their detailing and cleanliness), the back wipers don’t work and need to be replaced (there isn’t even blade on it - are you kidding me?), and now, only two weeks later, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON and I am being told they will only repair it at a FARTHER Imperial location from me - DESPITE THE FACT that they will have to ship it to the closer one to repair it anyway!! I wish I was making this up - it is RIDICULOUS. This is AFTER selling me a $3000+ warranty and telling me that this covered me for EVERYTHING and that I could repair it ANYWHERE I WANTED with NO LIMITATIONS - but suddenly this expensive warranty doesn’t “kick in” until after the used car dealership warranty ends - a fact that no one bothered to mention at the time and no one seems to be able to answer for what length of time this is dealership policy even lasts. The woman I spoke with on the phone to confirm all of this was very rude and kept repeatedly talking over me and was completely unhelpful as well. 100% will NOT return - avoid buying your car here if at all possible. It is NOT worth it. More

They sold me a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring that they claimed was repaired and recently serviced before I took it. O way. They would have seen these issues clearly if it had been looked at. From day 1 I've had n was repaired and recently serviced before I took it. O way. They would have seen these issues clearly if it had been looked at. From day 1 I've had nothing but trouble. Bad engine, bad brakes, bad exhaust, bad SkyActiv system, bad $2k extended warranty, and did not honor the 30 day guarantee to fix. I was told to fix the SkyActiv, I needed to commit fraud with my insurance company. I also was told there was nothing wrong with the brakes, but its still happening. Again, I was told I had to pay $700 out of pocket for the door foam guard. All within the 30 days. This has ruined me financially and mentally. More

I worked with Fawad in order to trade in my GMC lease. They were able to work together with their Chevy store to get me out of the lease since GM locks their leases. AS I AM TAKING DELIVERY I learn that the (very pricey) truck I purchased came with a single key fob. I found that somewhat disappointing... until I got home and did some research. THEN I learned that a truck I purchased came with a single key fob. I found that somewhat disappointing... until I got home and did some research. THEN I learned that a new programmed fob will likely run over $400! That's a significant hit. Now I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I think that not disclosing this ahead of time - given the known cost - was irresponsible and - perhaps - unethical. My sales person went to the manager to plead my case. Eric Mamede was unsympathetic. That's why I rated them so badly below ("dealership's explanation of final vehicle pricing") More
