He was professional, set us as ease with answering any questions we had. His attention to detail during our trial drive was very informative. Money talk!!!! I felt from dealing with them , that they care only about the money ( How much they can get from you !!!!!) Fast, Painless, Transparent, and Friendly I went in to get a deal on a 2019 Veloster. Firstly, I was at Harbor Hyundai for a good 3 hours asking questions about pricing and an "advertising fee I went in to get a deal on a 2019 Veloster. Firstly, I was at Harbor Hyundai for a good 3 hours asking questions about pricing and an "advertising fee" they said I had to pay. I felt like the price was high for the amount I was putting down, the sales guy was a bump on a log. I gave Khalid a call and asked him to beat Harbor's price. He took 5 minutes on the phone with me, corresponding with his sales manager. Just like that, $10 per month off (that's $720 I didn't have to pay) before I even walked into their dealership. The whole management staff at Norm Reeves Hyundai is friendly, transparent, answered all of my questions, and got me into my new Veloster in less than 3 hours with no worries. Everything was laid out for me, line by line, regarding what I was paying for. Great customer service. My family has been buying new cars for decades and this was by far one of the better car buying experiences. When you head in, just ask for Khalid. More

2 Vehicles in one shot! I have to say that my experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai was very enjoyable and easy. Jake truly knows what he is doing. He was very educated in all as I have to say that my experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai was very enjoyable and easy. Jake truly knows what he is doing. He was very educated in all aspects of the vehicles. I originally wanted some fuel efficient vehicles and was looking at the Elantra. He then notified me of the gas saving Ioniq and opened my eyes to a better solution. We had many cars to choose from and ultimately decided on the Ioniq due to his knowledge and great price. As a business owner I strongly recommend this place. More

ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES! from my experience, you have a poor work ethic. I understand you may have tried to help and i do appreciate that. But when your efforts were HONESTLY exhausted, you should have made other arrangements with ME before leaving so i would NOT have had the opportunity to go searching for YOU throughout your entire workplace, including places i should NOT have access to. I work with sensitive information also, so i know all about workplace information security. HOW DARE YOU leave me waiting the way you did. What started as an honest mistake, turned into a more serious matter because YOU CHOSE to avoid, ignore (or i don't know what you were thinking other than you did not care?...) instead of AT LEAST admitting you could do no more and provide closure so that i would not have wasted 3 hours. I would not have been there waiting for you until 10pm only to find out that you had gone home?!!! SERIOUSLY?!! I got there at 7pm, was supposed to just get my key, then go on to have dinner with my family in Brea, then come back when i could have someone who could drive the other car while i bring my car home. No, Instead, i missed dinner, spending time with my whole family together and obviously had to deal with an upset spouse on top of everything, not to mention having to use the borrowed car leaving my mother in law, without transportation for a 2nd day. DO YOU GET IT YET?!! ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES!! I hope you will learn from your gross error in judgement so you DO NOT do this to anyone else. I had to get help from the Ford sales manager before leaving so that i would know with whom to contact to retrieve my car. - i spoke with Sean (service manager) this morning who does understand what customer service is and did make another arrangement with me to get my car. Needles to say, myself, and anyone i speak with about car shopping, will not likely be considering any business with your Hyundai sales office. Perhaps you don't remember, i did say while you were working on "helping" me get my car, i was going to do some shopping because i plan to replace my one of my vehicles, maybe a Sante Fe, but not anymore from this place or affiliated dealers. - action = consequence. How can i trust a business that employs someone ("a manager no less") that would treat someone with such disrespect? my frustration has only been compounded by the fact i saw so many good reviews but now here i am with a complaint over something that could so easily have been avoided. I was asked what could be done to make it right? (in so many words), but how can you correct time that was lost with family? not to mention on a holiday night? how do you make up for my children not seeing their father to show off their costumes and candy? how about the inconvenience that my mother in law is experiencing without a car to use for a 2nd day? I can easily forgive the car not being available. What i cannot easily forgive, is the blatant lack of customer service i experienced. There is NO excuse for going home while a customer is waiting for you after you said, i will try to get hold of someone, one more time. That was the last thing you said to me Saeed, before disappearing, and at some point after that, probably went home to your waiting family. 11/2 -(update) picked up the car last night from the ford side. The work performed was just for 3 recalls, and everything seemed fine. It would have been nice if the car had been detailed at least since it was there for an additional day, but i was not surprised to find that it was not. I dont know what i would have done if i saw Saeed in person at the time. Honestly all i want is to know why you would do something like that. Truthfully, no excuse, no lie, no politically correct corporate answer. Man to Man, WHY, however bad it may be, the truth can absolve you of your misjudgement in your actions that night. Excellent Customer Service Amazing customer service. After looking for vehicles for almost two days and getting frustrated I came to Norm Reeves Hyundai. I was greeted by Oscar Amazing customer service. After looking for vehicles for almost two days and getting frustrated I came to Norm Reeves Hyundai. I was greeted by Oscar Gutierrez. He was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were also helped by Saeed Naderi. He was very nice and helped make buying the car a great and fast experience. Returning customer! Salesman Angel Rojas met us at the door, but when we requested some time to look at cars on our own, he was very respectful! When we were ready to ask Salesman Angel Rojas met us at the door, but when we requested some time to look at cars on our own, he was very respectful! When we were ready to ask him some questions and go for a test drive, he was welcoming and knowledgeable! Angel helped us as we were considering different options and he and Saeed Naderi were very patient and helpful as we were making decisions. In fact, they worked very hard to get us into a car and after two days of car shopping, we left the Norm Reeves Hyundai dealership with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport at a reasonable price!! We are so thankful for Angel and Saeed and their patience and helpfulness! It was also a pleasure to work with Kevin Lee in the finance department. Kevin was very personable and efficient. We will gladly recommend them to our friends and family! More
