I just purchased my first Honda. Sager Romman was friendly, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. He showed me many cars and was always patient with my questions. In the end, he friendly, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. He showed me many cars and was always patient with my questions. In the end, he got me a fantastic price and car that I couldn't pass up. He even recommended a great place for lunch and helped me move my possessions from my old car to my new Honda. I will recommend Sager and Honda of Lisle (even though I live much closer to a different Honda) to anyone. More

After months of researching used SUVs we decided a certified Honda Pilot was for us. My husband and I jumped at the great pricing that the Honda Superstore of Lisle was able to offer. Everything was negotiated via phone and email with Shawn Kinnejad in the days leading up to our trip down from Madison. When we arrived we were turned over to Sager and couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was so friendly in a non-pushy or fake way. We felt completely comfortable making the decision to go forward with the purchase--whereas you typically feel uneasy that you are making the right decision. This was by far and away the best car buying experience we have ever had and will seriously consider making the two-plus hour drive again when we're in need of a new vehicle. More

We asked for information regarding a Honda Accord via e-mail. Honda of Lisle responded quickly and set up an appointment for us. We quickly selected the model, color, etc, and closed out the deal in a ma e-mail. Honda of Lisle responded quickly and set up an appointment for us. We quickly selected the model, color, etc, and closed out the deal in a matter of an hour or so. We came back later that day, and picked up our car. We are very pleased with our new car. Sagar Rommann was very easy to work with, we liked his low profile approach. We also had Jim Ferris help us out with the Blue Tooth feature. Sagar has sent us an e-mail, offering us the opportunity to come back and explain more about all the new featues of the car. What a great idea. We expect to take advantage of your help. Thanks again. My wife and I were refered by a friend to go to Honda of Lisle, and to ask for Sager Abu-Romman. We got there and he was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and h Lisle, and to ask for Sager Abu-Romman. We got there and he was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us make and informed decision. He understood where we wanted to be financially with our purchase. In the end, he got us a vehicle that my wife and I are very happy with, at a price that I am very satisfied with as well. He even helped us move all of our possesions from our trade in to our new vehicle. When it came time to do the paperwork, Vic (sorry, can't remember his last name)was extremely helpfull as well. He went through all of our options and explained each one of them so there was no misunderstanding. In the end I'm quite satisfied with the financing program we selected. This is our first Honda purchase, and I will very much reccomend Honda of Lisle to anyone who is looking for a car. More

I purchased a new 2012 Honda Civic EX-L Navi from Lisle Honda and my experience was overall pretty good. There was 1 or 2 things that I wasn't the most impressed with, but I think a lot of their employees Honda and my experience was overall pretty good. There was 1 or 2 things that I wasn't the most impressed with, but I think a lot of their employees probably were not happy with me to begin with because I was aggressively shopping around. The one unpleasant experience that I had was the "haggling" process. However, once I came to an agreement with Lisle Honda on a price and was happy with what I had on the table, things could not have been better. Customer Service - AMAZING 10/10. Finance - EVEN BETTER 10/10. A very special thank you to three great people that are currently employed at Honda Lisle, Martina Torres (internet sales rep), Sager (Sales and Leasing Specialist) and Bob (Financing). After purchasing and upon making my decision to go with Lisle Honda, I could not be happier! A dealership that will truly treat your right. More
