I dread buying a new car. My average is every 10 years, I hate it so. The first time I walked into Tustin Mazda, Sammy helped me. He was very friendly and supportive, even though I was tired of looking at cars all day. We took a test drive in a Mazda3 and he was very informative. It was a short visit, but I returned a few days later and test drove the car again and another. He explained everything again, very patiently. A week later I came back and he was just as enthusiastic about helping me with ANOTHER test drive! I choose the Mazda3 because it had everything I was looking for without having to buy things I didn't want. I chose the s-Touring for the higher HP engine without having to buy a moonroof. This was the first time my total car buying experience was practically painless. There was no pressure from Sammy, only answers to my countless questions. I was very excited by my purchase when I drove the new car off the lot! More

Very nice attention from Sammy and all the staff in this Mazda location. I was going there with the idea of trading my car in and getting a new one, and Sammy met the numbers I was looking for.
