Sammy is the only car salesman I have ever came back to. I have done three deals with him now and will not go anywhere else. He got me in and out in under a hour and a half at the price I wanted. When I talked about Mazda cars -- my husband was never into it... being a benz user he was never attracted to Mazda car's ... but when I asked him -- just to pay a visit to Mazda cars at Tustin Mazda .... into it... being a benz user he was never attracted to Mazda car's ... but when I asked him -- just to pay a visit to Mazda cars at Tustin Mazda ..... and the moment he saw mazda cx-5 he was all into it.. we were helped my Sammy -- he is a great guy ... it was raining but he immediately arranged for test drive .. I was driving SUV for first time so was little scared .. but Sammy calmly explained me how to use the latest features on the car easy way... he even offered me to take a Test drive on Freeway == which most dealers won't allow .... Moreover after driving Mazda CX-5 I expressed him a desire to TEST drive mazda mazda4 - which is a totally different car... but he was not hesitant and immediately arranged a test drive .... He did not pressurize us at all.... I would say everyone at Tustin Mazda were very friendly and taking care of the customers ... I would recommend Sammy -- as he got us what we wanted for the price we desired ... we must have negotiated several times and every time with a smile he helped us and approached his bosses to adjust the rate ... all his managers were also good... thanks to Tony who was sammy's manager.. finally my mazda cx-5 grand touring dream with all desired features become possible because of Sammy enthusiasm .. Tustin came up in a Yelp search for Mazda dealerships around Los Angeles. They had received unusually high marks, so I wanted to try them out first. I called to check that the Mazda online inventory info matched what was in their lot. Sammy answered the phone and he seemed really eager to help. I've been looking at so-called performance model cars for a while (Ford Focus ST, Subaru WRX STi) and frequently ran into a situation where the salesman was "sizing me up" to see how serious I was about buying the car. Since they are specialized models, the dealers don't have many and want to keep the miles low on these cars, which is understandable. However, very quickly these interactions left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like I was a liability to the salesperson and I needed to prove I was worthy. I was prepared to convince Sammy of my worthiness, but he didn't go there. He said they have one in stock, when would you like to come out, here's his cell number, absolutely you can take a test drive. When I showed up, Sammy was outside waiting for me. He took me to the car, skipped over the sales pitch as he could tell I was versed in all the features, and I got to the test drive in five minutes. I knew enough and I was ready to buy, mostly because Sammy seemed low-pressure and eager for my business. I didn't feel like fresh meat to a shark, as I've felt often at dealers. We negotiated, friendly but firm, I met his boss and co-workers. Every one I met seemed to prioritize a good buying experience over a huge profit. I felt important to them. I couldn't imagine it the buying experience going better. Sammy was consistently friendly, didn't avoid discussing numbers, and communicated every step. I would recommend Sammy and Tustin to anyone looking for a friendly buying experience. They've created a healthy atmosphere there, something still pretty rare these days in the car market. More

This is the second Mazda I have leased from this dealership. I went back to Sammy because he is always professional, courteous, friendly, and gave me the best deal financially he could. I received over $800 dollars in dealer kickbacks as a return customer, but the sales manager also worked more off the lease price until the deal worked for what I could put down and what I could handle as a payment. I will go back in another year or so when I have a trade in on another vehicle. I went to several dealerships on my first lease (including Kia and Hyundai), one of which I owned previously, and neither of them could come close to the price, customer service, and overall professionalism of Tustin Mazda. Bottom line, they want to sell cars and they don't waste your time with useless haggling. If they can do the deal-they will!! Very satisfied REAL customer!! More

I originally went to a Mazda dealer closer to my home and was disgusted by the "service" of the sales rep (Come on Buddy.. We've got good deals for you!). When I arrived at Tustin Mazda (OC Mazda), I was was disgusted by the "service" of the sales rep (Come on Buddy.. We've got good deals for you!). When I arrived at Tustin Mazda (OC Mazda), I was greeted warmly by Sammy. I didn't feel that he was a shark that was ready to take a bite out of me or a vulture hovering overhead. Instead, Sammy listened to my questions, answered them quickly and confidently and understood my shopping situation. (I told him that I wasn't driving away with a new car today... which I didn't.) He never made me feel pressured and actually gave me a good feeling about Mazda as well as Tustin Mazda. When I got home that night, I told my wife about my experience at Tustin Mazda and she was very intrigued. Long story short, we wound up getting two new cars (a CX5 and a Mazda3)! Great experience all the way around! I would DEFINITELY recommend Sammy and Tustin Mazda to anyone looking for a great deal and great service! More

I'd been looking for a CX-5 with a manual transmission and Tustin Mazda was the only one who had it in stock. When I got there, I expected a more hard approach since the CX-5's are a good seller, but the and Tustin Mazda was the only one who had it in stock.
