I will never buy from this dealership or from the Kelly group ever again. If I could cancel my purchase and get my money back I would. I only purchased from here because they happened to have the exact car group ever again. If I could cancel my purchase and get my money back I would. I only purchased from here because they happened to have the exact car I was looking for and inventory has been a problem because of the pandemic. Other dealerships have great pandemic shopping conveniences. This company does not. They don't offer car delivery. You have to go to the dealership to sign paperwork. It's 2020 and I had to sign a carbon-copy contract. The location of this dealership is incredibly inconvenient. I'm only able to get there on the weekends which happens to be when cars are not registered. It's been a week since I've signed the contract and I still do not have my car because it is still not registered. So now I gotta wait another week to pick it up. There are no words to describe how upset I am. More

Very Accommodating and Attentive Sal and Amy worked as a great team to make leasing our CR-V such a great experience. Both Sal and Amy were so accommodating and made us feel comfortable making this purchase while staying safe with COVID-19 restrictions. Amy was quick to answer all of my husbands questions via email and was very clear with pricing. Sal went above and beyond to make sure the CR-V had all the features we were looking for. He made us feel so comfortable making this purchase and was never pushy or impatient. When it came to picking up our new CR-V, Sal took the time to make sure we understood all of the exciting new features and even gave us a follow up call to check in a few days later. We will definitely be back to work with this great team in the future! More

Simply the best dealership around. The customer service is great and they literally make everything easy just like their slogan says. "We don't negotiate" Went in and took a look at a car. Liked what we saw. Started negotiating and was met with the priceless quote "we don't negotiate our prices." For a 3 year old used car, they were asking 3K less than a new car from this year would be sold for. They kept saying "You've done your research, right?" To which we said, yes - that's why we know this price is silly, but we can find a middle ground where we both can be happy. After half an hour, they came down 1K - but they were being pretty difficult and it was a bad experience overall. We ended up going elsewhere and getting the same car for the price we wanted and that experience was smooth and clear. More
