Adequate I thought it was a comfortable experience but I did not like that the sales manager said they need to make money too when I was only offered $500 on m I thought it was a comfortable experience but I did not like that the sales manager said they need to make money too when I was only offered $500 on my Nissan. I also didn't like that the finance manager made comments like I must be risky because I didn't want to pay for a high service plan. More

No people skills Came in looking to test drive a vehicle. Sal "helped me." I test drove one car, Sal was reluctant to answer any questions. (Said the 2013-2015 models Came in looking to test drive a vehicle. Sal "helped me." I test drove one car, Sal was reluctant to answer any questions. (Said the 2013-2015 models were basically the same.) He took a phone call during my test drive. Afterwards he went into the building to deal with another client and told me he would be 10 minutes. After 25 minutes he still did not return. Clearly he did not want my money, which is surprising because I told him I did not want the bare model and I was looking at a $35,000+ car. I left without a quote or trade in value for my car. Very disappointing As of right now I would not recommend this dealership, HOWEVER, I am going to visit once more. Rest assured Sal will not be getting any business from me though! More
