It started with a Genesis Let me start off by saying I've purchased 50 cars in my life time. I had rarely bought more than one vehicle from any dealer due to the normal problems associated with car dealerships. A friend of mine put me in touch with Lester Glen Hyundai in Tom's River when I was looking for a Genesis sedan. The beauty of Lester Glenn is that there's none of the typical games. I went in and met with a salesman and told him what i was looking for; he showed me the car and told me everything about it. We sat down and he gave me a great price the first time (better than any other dealer). As good as it was, I still asked for more (to test them) and was told that was the best number they could offer. We made a deal and I drove out with a great car in the shortest time it's ever taken me to go through the process. Since that day in 2012, I have purchased 8 additional cars from them new and used. I brought several others to them to make their purchases as well and everyone has been happy. This is the first dealer that has had repeat business from me and I will continue buying from them. Yes, I buy a lot of cars and they treat me as great as they did on the first car (before they knew my buying habits). If you're tired of the typical run around from car dealers, give them a chance to earn your business. If you're not a fan of Hyundai, they have 8 other brands to choose from. I've personally dealt with Lester Glenn Subaru and Dodge and both groups were just as good to deal with. I think that's the environment the owner has driven and it's a winning combination. More

Fantastic! February 4th was the first time I bought my own car; I decided to lease. Sal Cuomo Jr sold me my car. I was there for 7 hours and for those 7 hours he was beyond nice and did everything he could to make sure I got the car of my dreams. I highly recommend Sal as the salesman, he was great! As with my previous purchases, the process was handled in a most professional and friendly manner. Buying a new car is always a tense and laborious experience, but not at Lester Glenn. I do not like to haggle and have never had to do so at this dealership. Sal Cuomo, my salesperson, is a gem. He sets a standard that should be emulated by all car salespersons. He focused on what I wanted and what I could afford. He led me to the car that satisfied my every expectation. I also want to put in a word about John Perillo Sr. He is a most kind, understanding, and wise man. He clearly understands that treating a customer with respect guarantees a return buyer. I cannot praise this dealership enough except to add that their Service Department is outstanding! More

I would like to say that I once went to a dealership where a very skinny young man, with gelled hair and an earring, tried to bamboozle me into paying 23% interest on my loan. Afterwards a large, overweight man came out from the back. I suppose his presence was meant to set me at ease. As he sat down, the smell of fresh cigar smoke filled the air. With his chubby folded hands sporting a diamond pinky ring, he asked in a strong Brooklyn accent, "What's da' missing piece to da' puzzle?" I'll never forget it. This is in stark contrast to my experience at Lester Glen. When I first walked into their dealership, all the sales people were sitting down at their desks. The building was quiet. As I looked over their cars, I wasn't approached by any of them. Finally I went to the desk and asked, are there any salespeople here? Are they all busy? The receptionist asked, "Why no; Would you like to meet one of them?" I said, "Yes actually, I would." She called one of them on the phone. He got out of his seat, greeted me with a smile and shook my hand. That's the day I met Sal Cuomo; a soft spoken, sincere family man who wanted to help me find the perfect vehicle for what my needs were. After driving a couple vehicles, I picked out the Accent for the mileage. He sat me down and explained everything very thoroughly concerning financing. Then he went for a ride in the car with me and explained all the different controls. As I took him back, he said, "If you have any questions or concerns about the vehicle, call me, and I'll help you sort it out. I'm here for you to help you. I don't just sell a vehicle and say goodbye. Anything you need, let me know. Then, he smiled and wished me a great day. That was my first encounter with Lester Glen. In the back of my mind I went back to the memory I had of that other place. "What's the missing piece to the puzzle?" came to mind. The missing piece at Lester Glenn; I wasn't hawked, I wasn't pushed, I was treated with respect and honesty. Now, Sal and Lester Glenn have a long term customer. I'll never shop for a car anywhere else. More

I wanted to say that in all of the cars I have purchased (over 40), I haven't found a Lester Glenn Hyundai but hadn't seen this website until today. I wanted to say that in all of the cars I have purchased (over 40), I haven't found a dealer that took care of my needs as well as Lester Glenn. Everyone treats you the way you'd want to be treated there, period. I'll probably be buying another car before the end of the year, and I couldn't think of going anywhere else. More

We began looking for a new vehicle to replace my wife's Acura TL about two months ago. After reviewing the Sonata TL information on the web we went to the dealership to check them out. Sal was very helpful and spent nearly an hour with us talking about the options that could be available in so far as early termination of a lease and getting the best combination of options and pricing. When we made the decision to purchase, Sal was not available (with other customers) but Heather jumped right in and provided even more information about the Sonata and really established a good rapport with my wife (who had the final say on this purchase anyway as it is her car). Not only did Heather put a pretty good package together, she also moved our purchase along quickly and thought to ask my veteran status which also saved us money (THANK YOU for adding this benefit!) The final contact was Dave Shinn in Finance who actually went one step farther for us helping to cut my interest rate from 4% to 0.9%! Your people have earned my loyalty time and again - thanks to the Lester Glenn team and especially Sal, Heather and Dave. More

Sal was very patient and let me drive the cars and see them as many times as I wanted without making me feel like I was taking too long.
