We began looking for a new vehicle to replace my wife's Acura TL about two months ago. After reviewing the Sonata TL information on the web we went to the dealership to check them out. Sal was very helpful and spent nearly an hour with us talking about the options that could be available in so far as early termination of a lease and getting the best combination of options and pricing. When we made the decision to purchase, Sal was not available (with other customers) but Heather jumped right in and provided even more information about the Sonata and really established a good rapport with my wife (who had the final say on this purchase anyway as it is her car). Not only did Heather put a pretty good package together, she also moved our purchase along quickly and thought to ask my veteran status which also saved us money (THANK YOU for adding this benefit!) The final contact was Dave Shinn in Finance who actually went one step farther for us helping to cut my interest rate from 4% to 0.9%! Your people have earned my loyalty time and again - thanks to the Lester Glenn team and especially Sal, Heather and Dave. More

Bought a new hyundai elantra coupe from lester Glenn from Sal. Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Sal was very patient and let me drive the cars and see them as many times as I wanted without making me feel like I was taking too long. He made the first time buying experience a very positive one and I am so happy with my new car and can't wait to go back and see them when I get my first oil change. This was by far the best experience we ever had buying a car. We took a fair amount of time researching cars and visiting many dealerships. We finally decided on a Hyundai Sonota hybrid and got quotes fro car. We took a fair amount of time researching cars and visiting many dealerships. We finally decided on a Hyundai Sonota hybrid and got quotes from other dealerships. We did not like the way we were treated in the other dealerships. They told us one price over the phone and when we got there they would not honor the price and were just not honest and knowledgable. When we arrived at Lester Glenn we were treated great. The staff was very knowledgable, friendly, and honest. The price we were quoted was the price we were charged and it was much less then the other dealerships. We were very happy with the service we recieved and we are very happy with our new car. We will be buying all of our new cars from Lester Glenn from now on! More

My wife and I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai for the first time yesterday morning with the intent of purchasing a certified pre owned Hyundai Sonata and trading in my Pontiac Grand Prix. Upon arrival we were time yesterday morning with the intent of purchasing a certified pre owned Hyundai Sonata and trading in my Pontiac Grand Prix. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Sal Cuomo who asked us a few questions and showed us several Sonatas. They had a lot of choices for us but I test drove a Dark Gray 2011 Hyundai Sonata with only 6,100 miles. I loved the car (though I tried not to make it too obvious). I asked Sal about the trade in so he took us inside, sat us down, ran the information on my trade and gave us a trade in offer. I am sure I could have gotten more money if I sold my car to a private party, but then again, the dealership can only offer wholesale value as they hope to make a little money on it or, at the least, break even. Obviously, the benefits for a consumer of a trade-in auto are the fact that it is fast and convenient, there are no costs for listing and selling, no need to deal with personal calls and emails at home, and one pays less sales tax on the purchased car. KBB valued my car, in good condition, at about $5,200. After a short back-and-forth with Joe Arioso about the trade in value, we were offered about $4,300. That was fair enough to me. Sal Cuomo and Joe Arioso were also both helpful in reducing the already low sticker price of the Sonata by a few hundred. The reason I say "already low" is because I compared their Sonata (on my IPhone while at the dealership) with other Sonata's of the same year and mileage at other local dealerships, and theirs was, in fact, the best price around to begin with! Understand, Lester Glenn Hyundai is a volume dealership, so they keep their prices very competitive in order to move out many cars per month. So after finalizing the trade offer and the Sonata vehicle purchase price, they gave us an estimated monthly car payment (having not yet run our credit). The estimated car payment was a bit more than we were hoping to spend, but it was explained to us that this was just an estimate and it will vary based upon our actual credit and offers from their network of banks. This is where super-Disney-fan Mike Cagnano came into play. He brought us into his office and ran our credit and gave us the actual monthly payment, which was about $30 less per month than estimated. He also offered us an extended warranty and other packages at a fantastic price. We declined due to budgetary necessity, but in all honesty, Mike was fantastic with his offers and if one is able to afford a couple bucks more a month, do it! We signed some paperwork, said goodbye to my old gaz-guzzling V6 speed demon, rang the bell, and Sal escorted us to our new Sonata. At the end of night I KNEW I got a good deal, and Lester Glenn sold another car, all without too much haggling and a fun and friendly staff! Thanks Sal, Joe, and Mike! Fantastic sales experience! The best I have ever had in a dealership. No games, no nonsense. The quote I got on the phone from Ron was the number I walked out with. No gimmicks. He was very helpful in guiding me through the purchase, and showing me the new features of my car and how to use them. The finance manager was great as well. All staff went out of their way to be attentive and helpful in the car leasing process. It was not long from the time that I arrived to the time I left with my gorgeous new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and its staff highly, and I will be back when my lease is up. More

I bought a new 2012 Tucson from Lester Glenn and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I live in PA and made the trip to Toms River to buy from them. This has been about my 6th new car purchase from other dealers and I must say this was the most pleasant experience that I've encountered at a car dealer. Sal Cuomo went out of his way to make sure he got dealers and I must say this was the most pleasant experience that I've encountered at a car dealer. Sal Cuomo went out of his way to make sure he got me exactly what I was looking for. He explained everything to me. We also spoke to Frank Simeone his sales manager and he couldn't do enough to help us locate a car that we wanted. These two guys were the friendliest and most accommodating sales people I have ever dealt with. The best part of this entire experience, there were no hidden information about the pricing of the car and I received a fair price! The both of them have excellent customer service skills!!!! I would buy a car from them again in the future!!!! More

We purchased a new car at this dealership last March. Little did we know that we'd be in need of a second car so soon. Our original sales rep (who was fantastic), although still with Lester Glenn Auto Group, is no longer at Hyundai. We were very fortunate to meet and deal with Sal Cuomo. We told him that he had big shoes to fill, in that it would be nearly impossible to duplicate the fantastic sales experience we had previously. Well, Sal came through with flying colors. His professionalism, honesty and real desire to put us in the car WE wanted is commendable. What is even more impressive is his contact with us after the sale. He followed up the next day and then when I had questions later on he returned calls for every message I left and did so cheerfully and on a timely basis. We all know the reputation that car dealers have and most of us dread the car buying experience. Sal Cuomo and Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River shatter those feelings by providing the service, attitude and appreciation that the entire industry would do well to emulate. More
