Now that I have a famil expectations of a car dealership. I’m a lifelong owner of Volkswagen Vehicles, my first car was a Jetta. I loved that car. Now that I have a family we leased a Tiguan and after 39 months and another child we wanted to upgrade to an Atlas. The car sells itself but the experience at Smithtown VW dampened what should have been a pleasurable event for my family. Promises, Reneging and Lies are exactly what I didn’t want. My first lease was with a leasing company, got the price I wanted, no surprises, and vehicle delivered to my house. Wonderful experience. Dealerships like Smithtown VW are lacking the one thing they can offer, Customer Service. My fault for dealing with an unscrupulous dealership like this. I read the reviews before I came in.
