I’ve been going to this Toyota dealer since I purchased my first RAVE4 in 2008. I had all service on that vehicle done there even after the warranty was up. On May 15th 2023 I returned to buy another RAV4. my first RAVE4 in 2008. I had all service on that vehicle done there even after the warranty was up. On May 15th 2023 I returned to buy another RAV4. A new 2023. That experience was as flawless as could be from the salesman to the finance person. Thank you! More

I’ve been going to Oak Lawn Toyota since I purchased my first RAV4 in 2008. I always had any maintenance done on the car at Toyota, even after the warranty was over. I didn’t want to go to just any repair first RAV4 in 2008. I always had any maintenance done on the car at Toyota, even after the warranty was over. I didn’t want to go to just any repair place. I feel Toyota knows their cars. I was excited to get my new 2023 RAV4 in May 2023. Edwin, my salesman was phenomenal and walked me through the whole process in buying a car. It was flawless. Had my 2020 Rav 4 maintenance service today ----- As usual, the entire staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. I never have had a bad experience in the Service Department.
