From the time you enter everyone is so welcome, Brianna was provided the best customer service i’ve ever received, Both Danny and Brianna were amazing. Some of the staff lacks some credibility & efficiency. Pick up dates were changed on me, after I had made 2 confirmations. Then no instructions as to what I needed, to pick up. The finance person said the Pick up dates were changed on me, after I had made 2 confirmations. Then no instructions as to what I needed, to pick up. The finance person said the price that the salesperson wrote down, was only an estimate and what mattered was what he calculated. Really? He then changed it to agree with what the salesman had wrote down. Glad it worked out at the end. More

Mike was patient courteous and diligent. I called him to make an inquiry and he followed up quickly providing me with an update. 3 days later he reached out to advise that a similar car was I called him to make an inquiry and he followed up quickly providing me with an update. 3 days later he reached out to advise that a similar car was available. He wasn’t pushy and patiently answered all of my questions. He followed up after the sale was completed with the same attention and courtesy. This was a positive experience thanks to Mike and Diane.
