Waiting area works well to do work and wait but would be beneficial to have an office for virtual meetings. As a luxury car dealership you really need to improve the loaner car program. To ask a customer to be transported to enterprise rental for a non bmw and then have to do the same upon return is not customer centric and a dissatisfier. Cars may be in short supply but you would think within the Ferman family of dealerships if at a minimum you could allocate non bmw cars as loaners, I recall the days when a bmw loaner was standard protocol—never an issue.
