I was so impressed with my salesperson, Sal Lala, that I went ba I had purchased a car from Lexus of Naperville for the first time a few months back. I was so impressed with my salesperson, Sal Lala, that I went back and purchased another car from him. Sal is very pleasant and accommodating. Sal made car buying a straightforward and easy experience from beginning to end! He is extremely knowledge about the products and helped us find exactly what we needed. I must also give kudos to our Finance Manager, Rene Peyton, was also extremely pleasant and was helpful in getting the financial part taken care of expeditiously and with no worries. Overall, I have found that Lexus of Naperville is different from other car dealerships I have dealt with. The atmosphere is very pleasant and professional. Sal treated us with respect and did not use high-pressure sales tactics. This was a great experience all around. I’ve never been loyal to a particular salesperson/dealership -- until now. I plan to exclusively use Lexus of Naperville for all my family’s car buying needs because I know Sal will take good care of us. More
