I live nearly 800 miles from this dealership and this is the second vehicle I've purchased from Sal Lala. I literally purchased this vehicle over the phone. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was prep the second vehicle I've purchased from Sal Lala. I literally purchased this vehicle over the phone. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay; I called Sal and he got things rolling. Within a few weeks my vehicle arrived and I made the trip to pick it up. Having resolved all issues previously on the phone, I walked into the dealership at 1 p.m. and was on my way out by 3:15 p.m. Never have I been so pleased and satisfied with an automobile purchase. Sal is such a pleasure to work with - he's courteous, professional, competent and trustworthy. I certainly will not hesitate to call him again for future purchases. Mike Comer was also a pleasure to work with; he explained everything about my new vehicle in a way I easily understood. He helped me program my phone and radio and assured me (as Sal did) that I could always call him if I ever needed assistance. So far I haven't done that, but I know that if I do, both he and Sal will be there for me. More

Lexus of Naperville provided every bit of service I've come to expect from a Lexus Dealership. They were responsive and knowledgable. They beat another local Lexus dealership for my business, partl I've come to expect from a Lexus Dealership. They were responsive and knowledgable. They beat another local Lexus dealership for my business, partly through effective price negotiation, and partly because they understood better what I wanted from the car. Frankly, I only went to them for a sanity check. I wanted to make sure the deal I'd gotten from the other dealership was valid. Instead, they won my business. With no hints on price, they beat the other dealership's offer, and they knew (or at least decided to share more) regarding the options on the vehicle that were important to me. They were also more responsive with respect to pre-sales. I don't have anything to compare them to with respect to post-sales. I had not purchased a car for 15 years (driving two very old Lexus vehicles until I made this purchase). That having been said, their attention to detail - from making sure I know all the features and technology of the new car, to installing the i-Pass from the old vehicle for me, to having my iPhone set-up before I left the premise - was outstanding. Wish I lived closer. Then I could make use of the lifetime free car washes for my new car. More

I can only say good things about Sal Lala and the Dealership. They went out of their way to help make things easier in buying a Pre-Owned Automoble. They offered me a Extended Warranty on the Car but Dealership. They went out of their way to help make things easier in buying a Pre-Owned Automoble. They offered me a Extended Warranty on the Car but in no way did they pressure me to purchase it, But after thinking It over I did purchase it.. I was a Internet Buyer. The only thing I did not like was Having the full wire the dealership the money for the full purchase price, that seemed to bee the only way I could secure the Car. On the other hand Sal Lala did a Great job of looking the car over for me and I did have a Clean CarFax Report. Again I cannot say enough Good Things about Sal. Last year I had walked into the dealership looking for a car. I had met Sal and we were working together to see what was available. What I was very please with about Sal is that he was not pushy at all an car. I had met Sal and we were working together to see what was available. A year later I walked in the dealership again and asked for Sal and he was nothing but friendly and willing to work with me to find what I really wanted. He was more concerned about making sure I am happy with what I get. I purchased my car on Thanksgiving weekend and I have been very happy with my choice. Sal was great to deal with and I plan on referring others to him in the future. More

I'd give a 6 if I could. Friendliness: Sal was the most easy to work with sales professional I've met in the 14 years I've been purchasing vehicles. Bill as the manager did his job with the utmost of professionalism and efficiency. Overall Experience: Friendly staff who go above and beyond for the customer, what more can I say? Price: The price was fair ... what goes above and beyond is the items mentioned above. We had purchased a vehicle previously from a competing dealer close by 6 months ago and in comparison, the experience with you folks beats them hands down with plenty of room to spare. I just purchased my third car from Lexus of Naperville. They really are the best Lexus dealership in Chicagoland. My wife and I went Lexus of Naperville on a Saturday to look at Certified Pre Owned Vehicles. We were quickly greeted and approached by a nice gentleman, Sal Lala. He was very polite, well-mannered, and accommodating. We knew exactly what we were looking for and Sal made it happen. We looked and test drove a couple of vehicles. The nearby test track was great. We decided that day to go ahead and and get our vehicle only if everything goes as planned as far the numbers went. Sal was helpful in trying to reach those numbers with the manager, Paul. Sal made us feel like he was really on our side. After everything was said done, we reached an agreement and we went home happy. Throughout the experience, Sal was awesome. He wasn't pushy one bit. What made the experience even better was the service Sal provided after the sale. We had many questions and requests after that day. Sal was always quick to return our call and make sure our questions were promptly answered. Overall, we were impressed not only by the quality of vehicle we purchased but also the quality of service provided by Sal and the whole dealership. We will definitely purchase our future vehicle from Sal at Lexus of Naperville. More

I had originally started my second Lexus buying experience by placing an order for a CT200h. I was looking forward to the increased gas mileage and lower maintenance costs of a hybrid vehicle. The order was placed in a no hassle/no pressure type of way, something I was hesitant about going into the transaction. I had worked with a few employees before finally working with Sal Lala. Sal is without a doubt the best dealer I've worked with. He's kind and took a real interest in helping me choose exactly the right car. Which brings me to my next point; bonus points for the dealer being so flexible. Sal had been in contact with me throughout the entire order process and continued to help me out with any questions I had along the way. However, just a few weeks prior to my scheduled delivery, I had doubts about moving to a much slower vehicle than the one I was driving. I got cold feet and started to express this to Sal. Sal was very understanding and helped me through the process by offering test drives on other vehicles on the lot. I eventually cancelled the order on file for the CT200h and began looking to other Lexus vehicles that would fit my needs better. I settled on the GS450h, a hybrid vehicle that still maintained a healthy dose of "kick" in the engine compartment. Sal was helpful in finding and pricing different options on this vehicle, which was out of my price range for a new car. I eventually had found a perfect certified used car for me and surprise, it was on Lexus of Naperville's lot. The options were right, the color was exactly what I wanted and the price was just about what I had in my budget. I told Sal about the car, he was helpful in explaining the details of the vehicle to me and allowing me to test drive the unit. Lexus of Naperville is one of only a few dealerships that have access to an exclusive "test drive course" located just a few blocks from the dealership. It was on this course that I had the opportunity to truly put the car through its paces to determine if it was the car I wanted. When it came down to the nitty gritty of numbers, Sal was a great help and allowed me to price the car just a bit lower, putting it right within my budget. Sometimes you feel like the salesperson and the sales manager together couldn't care less about helping create a reasonable (for both sides) deal. I did not feel this was the case, Sal had truly helped during the sales process, even taking care of me after the sale was complete. The after sale support is something that not every dealer is able to accomplish in such an efficient way. I had a few parts that were not present at the time of sale (IOUs) and Sal had kept in constant contact with me to let me know of the updates on these parts. There was a small mix up with one item (a small bumper cover) that had been repainted but did not have the correct color match. Sal was generous enough to retrieve a brand new one for me, free of charge. These are the small rewards of having such great dealer to work with. Overall, I have nothing but praise for the buying experience at this dealership. This purchase was my second with Lexus of Naperville. They have always been a great place to go for the multiple (5+) Lexus vehicles my family and myself have purchased. I continue to recommend them over others in the area for their superior buying experience. If you're looking for a great salesperson once you get there, talk to Sal, he'll be sure to take care of you. More
