Rania was AMAZING. The sales and service leadership at Luther Brookdale Mazda has room for improvement. I am still waiting on resolution from 1 issue (almost a month after purchase) that should not have been an issue to begin with if Finance had completed paperwork accurately, and now I’m on the hook for finance charges associated with an add-on I didn’t get. After being outright lied to and misled by original sales person, there was more the Sales Manager could do and he chose not to. Very frustrating process. More

I test drove car which I liked very much, unfortunately was on a Friday late and wanted to finance through my credit union. I was told I could put $500 down to hold as a non refundable if I didn’t buy but was on a Friday late and wanted to finance through my credit union. Then at last minute “sales manager supposedly says that is not an option and have to buy now due to holiday weekend coming up” So we decide ok with market way it is I didn’t want this car to slip away and went with different lender to close deal. After that decision sales person came back and said car hadn’t gone through inspection yet so won’t be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday. My car wasn’t ready until following Friday, communication was terrible, and just overall process was terrible but I really liked car and still do. More

I wouldn't buy from any one other than Luther Brookdale Mazda. My purchase of a CX30 went smoothly and I was able to get the car that I wanted and the amenities that I wanted in a vehicle at a price that I Mazda. If you want that luxury feel and also want a no hassle process, then Luther Brookdale is for you. Ask for Reggie, for he is the best salesman out there. The mechanics and finance department personnel are all amazing. Highly recommend. More

Chris Mosher has been a standup service manager. His substitute while out, Jen Peterson did not have the decency to interact directly with me and attempted to shift responsibility for the fault to my ha substitute while out, Jen Peterson did not have the decency to interact directly with me and attempted to shift responsibility for the fault to my having “something under the seat.” Vehicle now has a “passenger bag off” light that continues to remain on and does not go off after ignition is activated. Mazda North America verified on 12/7 that light should turn off even with no passenger occupying seat. Will need to return car for third time. Kevin (service advisor) was excellent in opposite contrast to brand new service manager to which I was first assigned (John). Dealer seems to have few Mazda loaners but at my insistence scrambled to find a suitable Mazda while they kept my vehicle for approximately one week during what ultimately was an air bag module replacement repair decision. Disappointed and dissatisfied that my new car has had several issues since my purchase in full. More
