The repairs performed on my vehicle were done improperly and resulted in damage to the wheel. As a result, I was forced to incur additional time and expense to have the issue corrected by another repair fac and resulted in damage to the wheel. As a result, I was forced to incur additional time and expense to have the issue corrected by another repair facility. I am currently considering legal action, particularly given that my requests to speak with the Service Manager have gone unanswered and my emails have not received a response. At this point, I am simply seeking reimbursement for the damage caused during the repair process, as well as the additional costs I incurred to have my vehicle properly repaired. More
