Everyone is very polite and I appreciate that. However, your prices are simply outrageous.. I think your interest is charging people as much as possible. I had my air-conditioning fixed for $300 and you quoted $8200. The other dealer said it was a simple item on the diagnostic and it was an easy fix. They said because it showed up on the software you simply quoted the biggest number you could. Your rate of $525 an hour is impressive… shows what a monopoly can do. I really should report you to the Better Business Bureau, in fact, I think I will unless you credit me the diagnostic charge of $550. Please let me know.. Bottom line you quoted me $22,000 for work I had done for $2200. More

Quoted me at one price, doubled it. Didn’t fix issue. Totally unresponsive for a period of time. Had to come back for a second time.
