Where do I begin… so I bought a Chevy Trax In September and everyone was so good to me and helped me through the process. They made things very easy! I finally called Alex on February 8th and he made me feel more relaxed and said he would take care of everything.( he did) On February 9th he drove to my home and picked me up personally and drove to to Kia dealership where I met some wonderful people like Bill who took really good care of my loan and saved me a lot of money, Then Mike from the finance department, he made the paperwork effortless and explained every page and what I was actually signing and was very patient , I also met another car sales representative named Sam who was super friendly and talked to me and it helped keep my anxiety at bay. I would like to thank all of the employees at this location for helping me while I felt like the world was ending especially Alex who went above and beyond to reassure me that everything was going to be okay!
