Extremely disappointing experience — rude and unprofessional management. I came to Lehighton Kia to help a family member who was seriously considering a lease, and while our salesperson Sam wa unprofessional management. I came to Lehighton Kia to help a family member who was seriously considering a lease, and while our salesperson Sam was courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, the experience was completely ruined by the behavior of the sales manager, Billy. He was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — speaking to us in a condescending and disrespectful tone that made it clear he had no interest in earning our business. Despite Sam’s best efforts, we ultimately walked out because of Billy’s behavior. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership to think twice. Respect and professionalism should be the baseline — not the exception. More

If you are looking to buy a Kia- run as fast as you can away from Lehighton Kia!!!! They will look you in the face and lie to you- they promised me they are able to switch out my car- just waiting on a dea away from Lehighton Kia!!!! They will look you in the face and lie to you- they promised me they are able to switch out my car- just waiting on a death certificate- give them that- then it was we are waiting on the state...blah blah- 2 months later I still have a dealer tag- no paperwrk- just lie after lie- then a message from the guy if u wana call that snake Jeremy that saying he resigned from there- but everyone knows the deal only to get a call from higher up- noone knows and they want their dealer plate back-all this was after being bullied into this car I have told them both I dont really want and told its the only one I am qualified for-told him I did not want it and he (Mike) had said too late paperwork is already in- PLEASE run away from these snakes!!!! More

This dealership and all personnel I'll come in contact are awesome. Bought a 2022 KIA Sportage certified used vehicle with 20,400 miles on it.
