Unable to keep appointments Apperently unable to keep appointments. I was supposed to have an appointment to see a vehicle at 6:45 PM. The vehicle was supposed to be a 2014 Ford Apperently unable to keep appointments. I was supposed to have an appointment to see a vehicle at 6:45 PM. The vehicle was supposed to be a 2014 Ford Edge SEL. Upon my arrival not only was the vehicle not ready as they said it would be but it took 30 mins for it to be ready. Then they proceeded to bring me the standard Ford Edge instead of the SEL. By the time that they realized the mistake it was already 45 minutes behind the my scheduled appointment. The salesperson then went to get the proper vehicle but I left at 7:45 PM because of the apperent ineptitude of the scheduling person. You are going to have to do better than that to compete in car sales as you just missed this one because of poor customer service. More

Sam is the BEST! While the stealership itself was awful, enough to where I'll never go back; I have to sing praise to the salesman, Sam. While all of his fellow salesmen/women left as soon as their shift was up, (one woman literally walked around trying to look busy and played on her cell phone for over an hour) Sam stayed in the trenches and assisted 6, yes SIX different customers solo! Even spread as thin as he was, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and funny. I applaud Sam for his efforts, and even though the buyer threw a ridiculous low-ball offer for my trade, I'm glad I got to meet such a great individual. It's certainly unfortunate that Sam is not employed by a high end dealer, but if he's happy here, then I wish him all the best! Great work, Sam! More
