He just gave me all the facts, ran the numbers for a new lease, and let me make my own decision. He took me through the new design of the car, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. This is the 5th car that I have purchased or leased at Herb Chambers, and I would highly recommend Sam and Herb Chambers to anyone looking for a stress free buying experience. I would like to give a shout out to Ali, who after I purchased the car, showed how to use all the new tech gadgets in the car. I am not tech savvy at all, and he took the time to show me how to use my iPhone/Bluetooth to play my music, etc. Very nice. More

He went above and beyond to answer my many questions and totally put my mind at ease. He and Greg stayed well past closing to process our paperwork without once making us feel rushed. I enjoyed our conversations and many updates on the car’s status. When we arrived and I saw her for the first time. She was every bit as beautiful as Sam said she was. Sam said here’s your baby. I love Sam Aljallad!!! Number one salesperson! I was in need of car for daughter. Looked at reviews and saw Sam was the salesperson for me as all his reviews were amazing. I emailed Sam my criteria for a car and within 5 minutes I received a response.from him. He asked me to then call him so we could speak about my needs in detail. Sam was very personable and easy to speak with. He asked pertinent questions about make, model, cost and color of car I was seeking. My situation was a bit different in that I was buying a car for daughter who was out of state but wanted it in her name. He was incredibly helpful in informing me of the documentation I would need to buy a car for her without her being in state. He contacted my daughter and mailed her papers to sign. He followed up with me regularly and was always very complimentary and professional. He treated you like family. Never pushy and always listening to best understand my needs. I purchased the car Saturday. This is the 7 Honda I have purchased over the years and Sam Aljallad has by far been the absolute best salesperson I ever done usiness with. I would HIGHLY recommend Sam if you are doing business with Herb Chambers in Seekonk. Sam is your man. I can assure you will not be disappointed. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
