Sam Aljallad was excellent to work with buying my new CRV. He was knowledgeable regarding all of my questions regarding safety and the new upgrades in the CRV. He was patient and did not pressure me for the sale. I test drove the 2017 CRV two different days and Sam was flexible to my schedule. Sam was willing to work with me recognizing I am a repeat customer for Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. Scott Bousquet the Sales Manager was also very interactive in my sales deal. I appreciated his time and consideration for being a return customer. I plan on going back within the next couple of months to buy another car as our family is adding more drivers. The team of people I worked with through the entire purchase process was competent and friendly. Sam, Scott, Kyle (in finance) and Recoo (He was awesome explaining all of the technology in the car!) They are one of the most reasonably priced dealerships, and they also use SMART pricing. Prior to my visit, email communications about the cars I was interested were responded to in a timely manner. I was greeted at the dealership by my salesman, Sam. He was very helpful, friendly, and informative. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted the process went very smoothly with the help of Sam and the business manager Brian. Prior to picking up my vehicle, Sam was phenomenal about keeping me informed and letting me know what other paperwork he needed.
