I was in the market for a Model 3 Tesla. I wanted a vehicle with low miles and in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vehicle matching my criteria at Atlanta Auto. I had been preapproved to purchase the car but AA was able to find me a better financing deal. That afternoon, I drove off the lot with my Model 3. Great experience overall. I purchased a Vehicle from the dealer Atlanta Autos of 1001 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta, GA 30062.(678) 213-4455 on 01/24/2023 it has now been over 90 days & this dealer is unable to produce a title for the veh 1001 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta, GA 30062.(678) 213-4455 on 01/24/2023 it has now been over 90 days & this dealer is unable to produce a title for the vehicle i purchased. while they were trying to buy themselves more time to find a fix, they also mailed me a second temporary tag which is in violation of GA state Law. My salespersons name was Dain, and the 2 managers that i have been in contact with are Jay and Sam. On 04/21/2023 Jay let me know this vehicle would have to go back to the auction due to the missing title. They told me they would need to pick up my car first and then will send founders federal credit union a check, however upon speaking with my loan officer he advised to not give the car back before the contract is canceled and the money is returned in full as the car is my only leverage in this situation, and without the car i am still responsible for the loan. I spoke with the dealer once again & they refused to correct the loan before having possession of the car and said they've done all they can do, Meanwhile the they are breaking the law. I have obtained legal advice and am proceeding forward with Lee Legal Clinic of 2385 Wall St SE, Conyers, GA 30013 against this dealer as he assured me he has sued them for similar issues in the past. This is the worst Dealer I have ever seen More

Terrible experience felt totally coned and lied to. Took delivery with IOU with several items they said they would fix and didn't. When I attempted to get the promised items repaired I got the run ar Took delivery with IOU with several items they said they would fix and didn't. Parts were on order for 2 months then I was told the IOU said "repair" not "replace" so they had no intention of fixing the broken top pieces. Temp tags expired I had to go to DMV to get plates. Title never arrived had to call on that. Sold me a InTouch system but forgot to install it. Dont use this dealership they promise you whatever you want to get the sale but not deliver. More
