Let’s just say that we bought our car at LV Honda, sales agent was fine however their service department is absolutely the worse experience we have ever had. My husband took our car there for an oil change agent was fine however their service department is absolutely the worse experience we have ever had. My husband took our car there for an oil change this week , I won’t bore you with all the ugly details, but he was there for 3 1/2 hours and the person that he dealt with, well, lets just say that whatever they are paying him is TOO MUCH! So my recommendation is “run as fast as you can to save yourself from LV Honda service department” More

This dealership used to be really good and I had a great advisor that was either fired or quit. Now everytime I go the advisors try to upsell me on things I don't need. Like Fuel Induction service for examp advisor that was either fired or quit. Now everytime I go the advisors try to upsell me on things I don't need. Like Fuel Induction service for example. My vehicle is port injected not direct injected so that service is not even necessary unless the vehicle is not running well but I added fuel system cleaner myself as a precaution. Not only that but the intake is an aftermarket PRL that I replace myself and the cabin air filter I replaced myself a couple months ago. It just sucks that honesty has gone out the window at so many of these places and the people that are honest they fire and replace with some young person whose sole purpose is to make the dealer more money. I won't be back. More
