Service department is great! Sam, my service advisor always does a great job coordinating my service appointments and shuttle service. However, after buying several cars t Sam, my service advisor always does a great job coordinating my service appointments and shuttle service. However, after buying several cars there over 20 years, I was mistreated and bullied (sweetly) into agreeing to pay $5,000 more (I cancelled that evening) , than I was offered by another Honda dealer, where I purchased my new Oddysey.
