I went in to buy a car of $3,900 I didn’t have not financing I was exhausted I came from 5 dealerships as a woman when you walk in place like these try to buy a car most place they treated me I don’t want to say the word terrible. But my friend recommended this place at 7:30 at night, I walked in everyone I say everyone were very nice warm and friendly not as salesmen as family warming welcoming. When I explained my situation they didn’t walk away from me and said oh we can’t help you or it is impossible at this time. They tried to find a way to help me with finance and give me a car not just any car but the car I wanted My son and I love the car We love Our car More

On the up and up. GM Sam and CSR Manager Alexis will take excellent care of you. They have both gone out of their way to hear my situation and make sure I’m well taken care of. As a whole, the dealership excellent care of you. They have both gone out of their way to hear my situation and make sure I’m well taken care of. As a whole, the dealership has some service issues to work through but they are well on their way and have been making improvements over the last few year. I have a stay at home wife and three kids so reliable, local service is a big deal for us. We want a lasting relationship with a dealership that we can trust to understand our situation and also has the resources to accommodate. CDJ StC certainly has what it takes to overcome the turnover rate of the auto industry and challenges that come with that. Again, ask for Alexis or Sam if you run into any issues. They will make sure you are properly taken care of. More

Wait...you'll need your own mechanic to look at it Less than a month ago I purchased a high-mileage Jeep from Saint Charles CDJR. After having to pay $100 for Saint Charles CDJR to even look at it, I Less than a month ago I purchased a high-mileage Jeep from Saint Charles CDJR. After having to pay $100 for Saint Charles CDJR to even look at it, I was told by the service spokesperson that I now not only need a new oil pan, but I also need new front engine mounts. The fee total around $2,600. When I asked how this slipped by their 120-point inspection I was told I should have expected this with a high mileage car. Well, thanks for the condescending remark. I have already replaced the tires and battery (the so-called new Mopar battery that Saint Charles CDJR installed didn’t work) and the filthy cabin air filter. I didn’t expect the tires to be replaced but not even the filthy cabin filter. I was also wondering why I had to pay Saint Charles CDJR $100 to tell me I had an oil leak. Less than an hour before taking it to Saint Charles CDJR I had taken it to a “quality” mechanic who gave me a detailed repaired invoice for free. Saint Charles CDJR invoice just had 2-lines about the needed repair: needs new oil gasket. Needs new front engine mounts. OH..but the $100 will be included as part of the repair cost. Well back at you Saint Charles CDJR. You shouldn’t expect anyone to use your service department. More

Constantly Lied To I would give 0 stars if I could. I looked into a used vehicle here. After getting 20 different automated emails from someone that said the same th I would give 0 stars if I could. I looked into a used vehicle here. After getting 20 different automated emails from someone that said the same thing (I will be getting back to you as soon as I can, etc.), I finally heard back from Coraima. I tried to get some more detail on the car as it was listed significantly under what I had seen everywhere else. She gave me the run around on everything and it was insanely confusing, and no one got back to me in a timely manner. We finally started seriously discussing buying the vehicle. I live 2 hours away, so I wanted to make sure it would be ready for me if I was going to drive down there. I was told by Coraima that there were multiple appointments for this vehicle that weekend. I then told her I wasn’t interested because I didn’t want to drive 2 hours for a car that wouldn’t be there when I got there. She then told me that the appointments were at 4 and 7 PM, and if I were to get there before then, I could buy it before those people showed up. This is an incredibly shady way of doing business. How do I know they aren't telling someone else to hurry in before I show up to buy it out from underneath me? I was not going to drive almost 5 hours round trip for that to happen to me. Everyone I talked to said something like “we do business differently here”, but doing business like this seems pretty sketchy to me. When Coraima and I were discussing, she told me to sign up for a "pre-approval" to see if I could get some numbers. I asked her if that would result in a credit check, I wanted to avoid getting a credit check until I decided that was the car I wanted so I didn't have to get my credit checked 20 times at each dealership. She assured me there would be no credit check, I even have a screenshot of the text to prove it. Then the next day I get an email that says my credit has been checked 10 different times. When I tried to confront them about it, everyone gave me an excuse. "You have to get your credit checked to get a car", etc. etc. I am WELL aware I have to get a credit check, I am not an idiot. I wasn't sure I wanted this vehicle yet, and wanted to make sure before I went through with getting my credit checked. The main reason I was upset was that your employee specifically told me I didn't. If you are lying to your customers, you don't belong in business. I was reached out to by both the sales manager and the general manager, who both made me feel like an idiot for being upset about being lied to. Another "we do business differently here" speech and more "well I'm not sure you're aware but you have to get your credit checked to get a car", thanks. Somehow, I was still interested in the vehicle. I told them I was, and asked them for clarification on what next steps were because I still wanted it. After getting emails from Coraima (a sales associate), a sales manager, and Sam the General Manager, and asking questions back to everyone of them, NO ONE responded to me, and the weekend that they supposedly had multiple appointments to buy the car went by without hearing from any of them. Then, the next week I am still getting very obviously auto-generated emails from Coraima saying "I see you're interested in this car, can I answer any questions?" as if we hadn't had multiple discussions where no one answered my questions or bothered to get back to me. I then asked them to stop emailing me, and I have not stopped receiving emails. I had to block them. I bought the same car, around the same price in Wisconsin at Russ Darrow Auto Group. I didn't feel like I was being lied to here, and everyone made me feel like I was a priority. That was never the case at St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I am giving you over $20,000, please take 30 seconds to respond to an email and not be an xxxxxxx about it. Thanks a lot. More
